Standard cleaning (per visit)

Studio/1 bedroom Apt/house - $120 flat rate  

2-bedroom apt/house- $180

3-bedroom apt/house- $220

apt/Larger house (4+ bedrooms)- $300

What we include in our standard cleanings

  • Vacuuming/sweeping/mopping

  • Bathrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors)

  • Dusting surfaces

  • Kitchen (wipe down counters, stovetop, outside of appliances)

  • Emptying all trash

Additional Services

  • Carpet Cleaning-$100 flat rate

  • Window Cleaning-$5 per window

  • Upholstery Cleaning-$25 per hour 

We understand that life happens, and sometimes homes need extra care. We do ask for a walkthrough prior to cleaning for all our clientele to be able to approach your cleaning with the preparation it deserves. 

**Up charges may apply for extra care.

Standard Deep Cleaning

Studio/ 1 bedroom- $200 flat rate

2 bed/ 1-2 bath- $300

3 bed/ 2 bath- $ 350

4+ bed/ 3+ bath- $450

  • Scrubbing baseboards, trim, and doors
  • Cleaning inside kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, and microwave)
  • Cleaning walls
  • Cleaning behind/ under furniture
  • Detailing vents, light fixtures, ceiling fans
  • Bathroom and shower tile grout, tubs, and sink polishing
